Over 35 years of investigative experience

Americo B. Carnevale is a retired Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security with over 35 years of distinguished service.    

Carnevale has worked in many aspects of the federal government related to the National Security of the United States. He has led countless multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional investigations which have resulted in successful prosecutions of individuals and criminal organizations.

In addition, Carnevale has spent years partnering with state and municipal law enforcement in an effort to bridge resources to be most effective in investigating state and federal crimes.   He understands the need to pursue all avenues and techniques allowed under the law to reach a successful outcome.

Experienced Leader

Carnevale’s investigative skills, his experience as a leader, allowed him to become a federally certified instructor in the fields of arrest techniques, defensive tactics, chemical weapons and use of force.  These certifications allow Carnevale to be considered as an expert witness in court litigations.

Carnevale has provided overview, guidance, and instruction to City, County, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies in the subjects of document fraud, identity fraud, and techniques for investigating transnational crimes or criminal organizations.

Carnevale has lectured at multiple colleges, and Universities on subjects ranging from police-community relations, police use of force, crime scene management, identity and document fraud, and other public safety topics.

It is the same drive he used during his entire career that he utilizes in each of his client’s cases today.
